I love it when people waste their time chasing phantoms down dead end streets. Anyway …
May 5, 2012 they boasted of having “1700 potential plaintiffs” in their complaint (and “growing VERY fast”), and they asked people to send money to their California attorney.

I’ve been out recording with my video camera for the last 3 weeks 24/7, and have not seen any sign of chemtrails as of today….All you guy’s out there spraying Vinegar are doing a great job. Keep up the good work.. Somebody’s got to do it!….Bj’s has a sale on 5 gal jugs of white vinegar. Stock up on it before it’s to late…Remember a spray a day keeps the trails away…

I love it when nutters try to get the courts to intervene to stop the conspiracies they’re convinced are happening. The cases usually result in an amusing court opinion dismissing the claim, and then the nutters spin around in a frenzy insisting that the dismissal is further evidence of the conspiracy. We’ve seen this time and time again with Twoofer lawsuits.
I don’t even think this one will get that far. No lawyer would ever take a case like this. If the nutter ringleaders are really determined they’ll file in forma pauperis and act as their own attorney(s), which means even more LULZ when the case actually reaches dismissal stage.
