Okay, i’m not a conspiracist. People who know me will atest to my skepticism, but i’d like some opinions on what has come to my attention.

First, go to this Facebook link. When you’re there you’ll see you are on the official Obama facebook page, verified by the link “Barack Obama’s Page” directly above the image. So, the photo you’re looking at has been posted by team Obama, right? Right.

Now look at the photo carefully. Do you see anything puzzling? Here is what has been brought to my attention: Barry’s mother’s right arm – follow it down to her right hand. What do you see? Let me show you what I see:

One conspiracy site says, «A professional graphic artist who examined the 1973 photo believes the image of Obama’s mother, Ann Dunham, was airbrushed into the scene to cover up an African-American man who was standing next to Obama at the Honolulu airport.»

My question is, whose hand is seen inside Obama’s right elbow? Had i found this image on some wacky conspiracist site i wouldn’t have given it a second thought, but this is posted on Obama’s official Facebook page. Is Team Barry messing with conspiracists? Is this a trick of light? What do you think?
