In the first one the woman has one finger too many in her hand.
In the second one a phantom arm is floating there.
In the third one the man has only one ear.

There is also some photo-shopping done to the men’s teeth in each photo, to create a distraction.
It would be a better quiz without the distractor, I think.
I agree, photoshop was used. It’s part of an ad campaign. I guess they figured it was a way of getting people to remember their product. I have to admit, it worked on me. I remember the pictures not for their oddities, but that they had something to do with caring for your teeth. Chalk one up for good advertising.
